How quickly will my order be delivered?

If you order before 4:00 PM on weekdays, your order will usually be delivered the next business day in the Netherlands.

You will always receive an email with track & trace . During busy periods, there may be a delay of 1–2 business days.

What are the return conditions? ⌄

You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Please register your return by email first.

Because this is a hairdryer, the product may only be tested briefly. Visible signs of use may result in a reduction in value.

How do I report a return?

Send an email to info@avenzoshop.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive return instructions.

Are there shipping costs? ⌄

No. At AvenzoShop , shipping is always free within the Netherlands.

How much warranty do I have?
