General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of AvenzoShop .
1.2 By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
1.4 These terms and conditions also apply to third parties engaged by AvenzoShop in the performance of the agreement.

Article 2 – Definitions

  • AvenzoShop: the seller.

  • Customer: the natural person or legal entity who places an order.

  • Agreement: the purchase agreement between AvenzoShop and the customer.

  • Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Article 3 – Offers and agreements

3.1 All offers are without obligation and while stocks last.
3.2 Obvious errors or mistakes in offers do not bind AvenzoShop.
3.3 The agreement is concluded as soon as the order has been confirmed by AvenzoShop.
3.4 AvenzoShop reserves the right to refuse orders if the information is incorrect or fraud is suspected.

Article 4 – Prices and payment

4.1 All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Shipping costs will be stated separately during the ordering process.
4.3 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered.
4.4 If payment is not made, AvenzoShop has the right to terminate or suspend the agreement.
4.5 Discount promotions are temporary and cannot be combined, unless stated otherwise.

Article 5 – Delivery and risk

5.1 AvenzoShop aims to deliver within 1–3 working days .
5.2 Delivery will be within 30 days , unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.
5.4 The customer is responsible for entering address details correctly.
5.5 The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
5.6 Uncollected or refused shipments may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Article 6 – Retention of title

6.1 The product remains the property of AvenzoShop until full payment has been received.
6.2 The risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Article 7 – Use of the product

7.1 The hairdryer supplied by AvenzoShop must only be used in accordance with the instructions for use.
7.2 AvenzoShop is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect, unsafe, or improper use.

Article 8 – Returns, right of withdrawal and complaints

8.1 The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receipt .
8.2 Returns must be registered in advance by email .
8.3 The product may only be tested briefly; in the event of visible use, depreciation may be applied.
8.4 The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, if possible.
8.5 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery.
8.6 Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt .
8.7 In the event of a justified defect, AvenzoShop will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
8.8 A complaint does not suspend the payment obligation.

Article 9 – Refund

9.1 After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the same payment method.

Article 10 – Force Majeure

10.1 In the event of force majeure, AvenzoShop has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement without compensation.
10.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: delays by carriers, disruptions, government measures or unforeseen circumstances.

Article 11 – Liability

11.1 AvenzoShop's liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
11.2 AvenzoShop is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits.

Article 12 – Privacy and cookies

12.1 AvenzoShop processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR .
12.2 Personal data will only be used for order processing, customer service and marketing (if consent has been given).
12.3 The full privacy policy can be found on the AvenzoShop website.
12.4 AvenzoShop uses cookies to improve the website.

Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes

13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law .
13.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
