Delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will in most cases be shipped the same day and delivered the next working day .

Delivery within the Netherlands
Including track & trace
In exceptional cases (e.g. busy periods or unforeseen circumstances) delivery may be delayed by 1–2 working days.
You will always receive an email with the current shipping status

Processing of orders

All orders are processed from our warehouse in the Netherlands .
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days will be transferred to our logistics partner the same day.

Postage costs

At AvenzoShop you pay no shipping costs .

Incorrect delivery address

The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address when placing the order.

In case of an incorrect address, AvenzoShop cannot be held liable for a failed delivery.
Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
We will of course think along with you to help where possible

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code by email . This allows you to easily track your package from dispatch to delivery.
