EXCHANGES & RETURNS

At Avenzo , we sell one carefully selected product. However, it's possible you might not be satisfied. In that case, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt , under the conditions below.

Register return (mandatory)

A return must always be registered in advance by email .

Please send an email within 30 days of receipt to:

Please state the following:

Your order number
The reason for return
If necessary, photos in case of damage or defect

After registration you will receive the return instructions by email.

Return Policy

Because this is an electrical and hygienic product, the following conditions apply:

The hairdryer may only be tested briefly to check whether it works.
In case of visible use , damage or missing parts, the return may be refused or a reduction in value may be applied.
The product must be returned in its original packaging .
All supplied parts and accessories must be complete and undamaged.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a defect or incorrect delivery.

Defective upon receipt

If your hairdryer is defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@avenzoshop.com . We will then provide a suitable solution at no extra cost.

Swap

Because Avenzo is a one-product store , we do not offer exchanges . Instead, you can return the product according to this policy and, if desired, place a new order.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned hairdryer, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the same payment method used for the order.
