How quickly will my order be delivered?

If you order on a weekday before 16:00, your order will usually be delivered the next business day within the Netherlands and Belgium. You will always receive an email with track & trace. During busy periods, there may be a delay of 1–2 business days.

What are the return conditions?

You can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please always register your return by email first. Because this is a hairdryer, the product may only be briefly tested. Visible signs of wear may result in a reduction in value.

How do I report a return?

Send an email to info@avenzoshop.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive return instructions.

Are there shipping costs?
